My husband and I moved out of there at the end of December after two years of drug dealers living upstairs, cockroaches infesting my kitchen and one of the worst parking situations imaginable. I have been trying to get my security deposit back and out 300 someodd dollars that my husband paid, they are trying to tell us that we only paid 99$ and that we owe them money. Even though this is a new management company in charge, they have been incredibly nasty to me on the phone and I would love to go back there so I could speak to these people face to face, but we live in California now. It is worth it to pay a little extra money to live somewhere else because the conditions that you would live under and people that you would be surrounded by would just depress you everyday that you are there. And as for maintenance, let me just say that we had a 2ft by 3ft hole in the ceiling above our shower for no less that 8 months. And staring into a black viod while trying to take a shower is not a pleasant experience. On top of that, we woke up at 2:00am one day because it was raining in our hallway and no one would do anything about it until morning. If you have any respect for yourself or your family, you will not live here unless they are paying you.
