I don't even know where to begin. It's strange in a way, In general, we like the apartment itself. It has sooooo many problems, but none are major. We have one maintenance guy, REALLY good guy, but he is one person, no one else will stick around to even work for the management. We say we live on the "good" side. Behind our window every night are kids letting off fire works and yelling and cussing and who knows what else...never the less....our young kids can't go to sleep or stay asleep every night because the bedrooms face this noise. We're starting to realize that their are DEFINATELY druggies/dealers hanging around and thugs walking around during the day with their butts hanging out of their pants and everything else--in broad daylight. As for the management...What management, there is no control or help anywhere to be found here. Everytime they say they'll help/work w/ you, arrange things....they flat out LIE. We have been screwed out of money since day one, they pulled us in here on less money than they came after us for just weeks after our move in. The OWNER possibley has Alzeimer's, she says one thing then totally forgets and turns around and does another (always to screw people over) someone needs to come in, flatten the complex, hire BETTER management and rebuild a worth while living environment and community. Further more, the safety of the children in the community is at a rock bottom LOW, knives being pulled out on them and so on....and so on......If you're not already here.....AT ALL COSTS....DON'T make the same mistake so many of us already have.
Just another quick note: the last message left has INFURIATED me: this person says management hasn't stuck a notice on their door, etc, if that's the case then people here are being excriminated against, 7 days late and we have notices on our door. Further more, we have people (management) entering our apartment with no notice as to why and not by the request of us, Privacy Invasion, a big no-no!
