Last weekend I witnessed a woman dragged behind the back of the building, her clothes torn off and a man attempt to rape her.
As I was about to call the police I saw them arrive and walk into a neighboring building. Guessed that they (the neighbors) had heard the young woman's screams for help and for someone to call the polics as I had.
I am moving as soon as my lease is up. Till then I will not go out at night without someone with me.
