The people up there ( Rita ) is not the new management - They are the OWNWERS ! No, they aren't the nicest people, no they don't like spending there money to fix this place up. Infact they are going to close the pool down like they have with their other communites. As far a deposits, they don't know what you paid, if you were moved in under Harbour Group. Some how they leases dissapeared. Now did everyone know that you can get a Class Action Suit going on against these people' Is everyone just to scared of them' I have spoke to many neighbors and they seem to be doing quite a few people in. They do what they want to....Legal' Not always. They call your bluff is what they do. If you have a deposit, they will keep it and then add on. Me' I will see them in court. I have my paper work and all work orders.
Drug dealers, of course they live here. Most of the little shops around here are robbed my the tenants living here. What a wonderful community. I must say it has gotten worse since they bought the place. Oh yeah, if you want out of your lease to buy a home she will let you only if you use her daughter in law as you agent. Ha Ha. Quaterfield, your day will come. There are quite a few educated and smart people that live here.

I lived in these apartments from 02-04, now in 2006, only two years later I am unable to get a rental verification to move somewhere else, they said that that paperwork may be stored somewhere else...the dumpster, maybe? Please take action and let me know if there is anything, legally, that I can do, this is affecting my deposit in my new apartment.
