This community was once a nice community to live in. Sounds of Summer are long gone for the children that live here..Rita took the pool away, but she want's her damn rent on time. She don't want to hear a single complaint from anybody, it's live here and like it, or get out. Where the hell did she come from, what is her logic of thinking' I bet she would not allow her family to live in these condidtions. It's a shame that no body will go up against her and form a tennant committee. That's what this community needs. I guarantee that if somebody would start a tennant committee and stand up to her crap, take her to court for the way she runs this place and the way she treast her tennants, things would change. We need to get her out of the community, bring in a new owner that cares about the tennants and our rights, and bring life back to Quarterfield Crossing. If nobody stands up for the rights of the tennants here then nothing is going to change. Rita is all about the money baby. That's all she cares about. These apartments are falling apart around her and she don't care. She doesn't even put new carpet down for new (UNINFORMED) tennants. She has the old carpets cleaned and they look like ----. AND if your about to sign a new lease, please read it before signing it. That's just one of the reasons I moved out. I've never seen such a lease in my life. All and I mean All the responsibiliy of keeping the apartment up is on the tennant now. She has no responsibility whatsoever, but taking your money each month and putting it in her bank account so her and her family can live well why your faimly has to live in a mold, bug and roach infested apartment. Thank God I got my family out of that hell hole. I feel sorry for those of you that can not. I'll keep the rest of you in my prayers.. God Bless and Good Luck in finding a new place to call home.
