ok i lived in this apartment complex for like 9 mos when i moved out they refused to return my security deposit for neumerous reasons which werent my fault such as normal wear and tear to the carpeting i mean i did have 2 young children my sons bedroom had a real problem with mold so they painted the wall twice and put a primer over it to cover up the mold and the best part was when a month after moving i finally get a letter from them stating not only that i have none of my security deposit of 1500.00 coming back but also that i owe them 800.00 more for damages done to my apartment,then a month later i get the same letter asking me to please ignore the first letter i now owe 1600.00 more dollars for damages.they say i breeched my lease i dont know how that was possible when since december i was month to month.i did make one mistake i gave them a verbal notice that i was moving and before all my belongings were removed from the premises i returned to find alot of my belongings destroyed (this was before i ever returned my keys)id like to get the word out to anyone looking to move here DONT DO IT.it will be the biggest mistake you make.the maintenance and management as well as the people you have to deal with in the office are all very unprofessional about how they handle situations and maintenance is very slow with response when you have a problem,and Rita the owner shes just plain senial.anybody with cense wouldnt rent these places.
