I really don't understand why people post in here. Do you really think the office don't know who we are' Do you really think it matters what we say in here. Most people renting in Quarterfield are renting because it's cheap and Rita has snowballed them. You think John or Sam or even Rita don't check this. And when they do, don't you know there are repercussions. They say they don't black ball people on Maintenance, that's truly crap. I know I'm on their bad list, I'm still waiting for parts that were suppose to be ordered in September. Guess because I don't communicate with the office anymore, I will be waiting until she either kicks me out or my lease expires. So for anyone posting in here, two words of advice, the office knows and they'll treat you like crap

You know what Tina, you were right that was low.. This isn't about you, this is about Quarterfield. It's about having decent clean tenants who pay their rent on time and keep themselves and their apartments clean. It's sad when people won't walk down the stairwell because of the stench coming from an apartment and then to have those very same tenants leave and ----- about management. Again, can the place use some work, of course. But it's just not up to managament it's a community effort. And until that happens Quarterfield will be what it is... You can sit here and trash it all you want, but you're out and the place is a better because of it.

this just goes to show how low tenants at quaterfield can be!!!none of this is true but they have nothing better to do with their life then talk about people and say ---- that aint true guess they just hateing cause i got outta the hell holes and they cant sorry bout your luck just goes to show im a better person!!!!!

SCREW ALL OF YOU I THINK ITS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. MAINTENANCE IS TERIFFIC, JOHN IS THE BEST SUPERVISOR AT ANY COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. THE NEW GUY JOSH IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND RESPECTFUL. RITA MIGHT WEAR CLOTHES FROM GOODWILL, BUT YOU KNOW SHE IS LOADED. I THINK THAT IF YOU GAVE THE PLACE A CHANCE, IT WILL TURN ITSELF AROUND. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MICE, ROACHES, OR ANY OTHER INFESTATION. IF PEOPLE WOULD PAY THIER RENT ON TIME AND NOT HAVE ANY BS EXCUSES YOU WOULD NOT HAVE THE PROBLEMS YOU DO HAVE. LONG LIVE QUARTERFIELD
