It looks like there is just one guy now. How is that possible for 200 apartments' He does a better job than the other guy did at all.

Back in June, I had to call on numerous times to have the same repairs redone by the older guy over my balcony doors. Finally the younger guy comes in and repairs and it hasn??t leaked since. One of the teneants said you need to get establish a relationship with him to be able to call and have him respond within minutes, otherwise you wait around like everyone else twiddling your thumbs just like at every other apartment. I don??t want to be friends with him. I heard the older guy yell across the parking lot to a tenant, I??ll get to when I get to it. What kind of maintenance is that' Months go by before anything is repaired by maintenance guy and then he tells you the part is on order and than he would blame it on management not ordering the part. All I see of the older guy is him walking the grounds telling the younger what do to. I guess that??s what a supervisor does but it doesn??t seem fair to the younger guy to do all the work while the fat guy is just a smart ass who does nothing. I guess one good maintenance guy (the younger one) is better than none.

lets just one thing straight all you dumb cry babies need to quit complaining so much and just pay your tent and mind your own business because with the past severals months this place has gotten so much better with the crime down and with the drugs dealers and far as the maintance men goes they do there jobs and exspecially the fat guy ,lets see you try to his job for a day putting up with all the people complaing around here
