Tell me what do you think is really going to get done by writing comments in here that are long and lengthy. The only thing you can hope for is that future tenants read this and they stay away from this place.

Rita makes her own rules. There are two clauses in my lease she has already violated and when brought to her attention she tells you she is working on the problem. But nothing ever comes of it.

So tell me why even bother posting in here. She will still be renting to desparate people and families. Sad thing is that these people think it can be that bad. But we all know it is. Forget about maintenance, that's not happening. People are still hanging out on the corners. Rita is still playing favorites listening to her office staff who have no clue as to what is really go on, or who are telling her what she wants to hear. I would really like to know how her mind works, to believe that everything is just fine and dandy in Quarterfield. Rita, stop listening to everyone else and come spend a week in one of the apartments and see for youself. You have a major crime ridden neighborhood.
