Evictions
A tenant may be evicted only for the following: 1) nonpayment of rent or other disclosed fee; 2) knowingly making or causing to be made a false or misleading statement on an application for tenancy; 3) violation of a federal, state, or local law, where the violation is detrimental to the safety or welfare of other residents of the park; or 4) repeated violation of a park rule or lease provision within a 6-month period.
Tenant must received written notice at least 30 days before the day he must leave. The notice must be addressed to the tenant in question and must give a specific reason for the eviction.

Yeah ok, we use to live at Quartefield Crossing we got evicted for confronting the owner about issues inside and out of our apartment, took the matter to court, and guess what, the judge sided with the owner, which was a friend of hers, isn't that just cozy !!! So those rules don't mean anything as long as you have a friend who is a judge for AA County making decisions about renter/landlord issues.
