i lived there for a year and I had nothing but problems and the rita would never do anything. i had my bedroom celing fall out from water leaks and it took them almost a month to fix it I have 2 kids I had to call the heath department to get them to do something about the roached and the mold it was BY FAR the worst place i have ever lived.

Did you get a threat letter after calling the health department? I called the health department because she would do NOTHING about the mold in my bathroom and bedroom. Next thing I knew.. she was asking us to move out accusing me and my husband of selling drugs out of our apartment. I told her that it was not us and it was the people that lived in the bottom apartment that she had to watch, but she didn't want to hear it. But she did us a favor by asking us to leave because we found a much better place to live with no mold, roaches or being accused of selling drugs.
