I have to say that we submitted our application and fee and were approved within the hour which I do consider instant. Some apartments take a week or more. As for maintenance men stealing, prtotect yourself. Do not have them in without you being there or even consider a security system. Most important, if after approaching the manager of the theft, contact the police and file a report. NEVER GO WITHOUT RENTERS INSURANCE.

The apartments are not the best I have seen, but they are far from the worse. Make it your home but expect the complex to repair things as it is their property.

fix what? I called health dept, then she non renewed my lease because of that. I don't care to live with mold and water coming thru windows and drywall not being repaired for years. I never had a complaint nor did I ever pay my rent late.
