I have lived at the apartment for almost a year and i am very thankful that they got me in as quick as they did because i was havin some probs but anyway it was all good at first and then the sec night i was there i saw a roach, i had the ppl come like 3 times but didnt work, and when i asked them to put me on the list they forgot. i had probs with josh also, he came to fix something n the apartment and was touchin me. the parking is not a big deal, its not hard to figure out that there was not a lot of room to park sometimes you had to park a lil farther a way and actually walk to the aprt you live in. mrs reda is not a bad person at all she is understanding and always worked with me when i was havin probs with the rent. i dont think the aprt was that bad of a place. i had to call the cops once before cause of a couple fighting and i wanted to be sure she was okay, other then that i didnt have probs with the noise or n e thing like that. the cops were not always there. the roaches were the worst thing, its a place to live that is not to expensive.

The place is a hole and has been since Ms. Rita bought it. Nothing gets fixed correctly, and roaches, please, they hold the walls up
