i have been living in the 400 block for about 5 months and i have to say that yeah they get u in here fast but once you move in you see why. since may there has been a idiot maintance man named josh who tries to make sexual advances on you but he got fired, and the rest of them are theives and drug addicts...Rita the manager wont pay for anyone to do the real work. I had to go to the dentist and when i got home my sister told me the maintance man triesd letting his self in my apartment and when he realized that someone was home he took off, so she left and when i returned a hour later there was a jar with over three hundred dollars in change missing and a person item of mine, rita wasnt trying to help us find out who did it she actually lied ans said noone came out to my apartment...she let some noisy ass people move in and they were out every night partying and fighting intill 2 or 3 in the morning, someone at there house overdosed and they were still outthere partying.. The cops are constanlly out there and you ever get peace and quite...they are quick to put u out if you dont pay ur rent but dont want to do what they have to do to fix ur apartment..i recently had a leak in my hot water heater and had to have BGE come out at like 3am and i called the office in the morning to let them know they had to get someone to fix it and all day they ignored my phone calls or would answer it and say that they would cal me back and never did...i had to wait for 6 hours to have them come out and fix the hot water heater and neither me nor my kids could take showers....so all's i can say is that you dont want to move here because ur paying 900 dollars a month at least to fell like ur living in baltimore city...but atleast in the city your rent is cheaper....oh by the wat [parking is horrible

Sounds like its gotten worse than 2 years ago when my children lived there. Could never get the front door fixed because the police had to break in on the previous tenants. There was an inch gap and there electric bill was outrageous. I cant believe rita is still there she is worthless.

most of eveything written is true.but here's an idea,maybe if more people thought of this place has home and took a little pride in where they had to live thing might change.call the cops when you see or here trouble, be persistant with the rental office when you need repairs,keep an eye on your children(there are always little kids running around with no adult in sight),traet your neighbors with the same rescept you deserve and once again remember this is your home.
