If you will rent one of the apartment) which is going to be downstairs) you will hear every movement from downstairs people. Townhouses are also same you can here the people from next to you that walls are like paper thin thats it. Old management was excellent but the new one just ignorant to anything. When the new management took over they tried to raise my rent almost $200.00 and the answer to that was cote "the management can offer what ever they want to you dont have accept it". Of course I didn't accept and I moved. This place doesn't worth that much. If you will have (I am sure you will) noise complains you are with your own feel free to call 911 and deal with problem with your own. Dont bother to let management know because they don't care.
