When I moved to Regency Club 2 in 1998 it was a nice place with good management and good maintenance.
Slowly things started to go downhill. Linda the manager left and the office became almost abandoned. Maintenance stayed up to par until about 3 years ago when Scott left due to "mismanagement".
Things grew to an almost intolerable level while Mary and Rodney were staffing the place. Mary acted as though she were queen. My son had been to her house and told me that she had all new appliances AND a full size washer and dryer while we were stuck with old appliances and compact washer and dryers.
Rodney the new maintenance man had the same set up. New everything. At least Linda and Scott didn't live on the property and spend the budget up fixing up their own places while the rest of us did without.
Mary and Rodney were fired (rumor has it for stealing and selling appliances, who would have thought') and things were looking better for awhile then the property was sold to Regency Club 1. That was the end. They immediately raised the rent which was too high already. I had just signed another years lease but I won't sign again.
April first I am free to leave and I am going to do it. In 1998 this was a lovely place. Mary and Rodney turned it into a ghetto. Bummer!

Sounds like Scott wrote this review. Nothings worse than a scorn employee. I lived in the building next to the manager. She was quite rude and not friendly at all. I can promise you one thing, your son did not go inside her home because she was NEVER friendly to any residents that lived there. She barely spoke to my husband and I as we ran into her in passing to her apartment. I think she needed much help in the NICE department but she definitely did not allow any residents in her apartment. I don't even think she liked residents.
