Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
I have been here for over 4 years and the rent just keeps going up & up & up every lease renewal, Power bill in winter is anywhere fron $200.00 to $300.00 because of the drafty slider windows and crappy doors that done seat right walls are paper thin and you can hear all the traffic that comes down heritage hill drive. The cable compay the the have an agreement with "Milleniun Digital Media" BKA Cablespeed is the worst ever in my day of internet constant interuptions in service constant slow speeds, and there is no other service provider that you can get in Regency Club 1 because of the contract.
