Lots of people wrote that its so noisy here, but I havent had any problems. You are going to be able to hear your neighbors anywhere you go. Thats just how apartments and townhomes you rent are.I rarely hear anything and when I do its not that loud. Plus, the floorplan, maintenance, and parking make it all worthwhile. My boyfriend and I use to live in an apartment and it was much louder and always had people outside being loud till really late at night. We love our townhouse here and plan to renew our lease soon!
