When we came to Anne Arundel County, we investigated almost every apartment and townhome community between Baltimore and Annapolis, and we didn??t see anywhere that even came close to the quality and value offered by the Regency Club.
The front office staff was always friendly, courteous, and helpful. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, and our few maintenance requests were always handled promptly.
Yes, you can hear people next door sometimes, but I challenge you to find ANY aparment complex that is completely devoid of neighbor-sounds.
There are some more expensive and luxurious apartment complexes, but this was definitely the best value for the money.
We have finally bought a house, but would recommend this community to anyone looking to live in the Baltimore-Annapolis metro area

I agree with you that it's the best value in the area. However, this is not because it's such a great place but because there are simply no decent apartments around. Also end units D and C are better than others and very much depends on who lives next door. And there ARE apartment complexes where you do not hear your neighbors. We lived there - Conservatory Apartments in Minnetonka, MN. Look it up!
