I have lived here for a year now. My lease is finally up and I can't wait to get out!! It is noisy (you can hear your neighbors and the traffic on 695). It is so loud I have trouble sleeping. Every time my neighbors move an inch, I hear it. Management sucks. They are rude and they try to charge you more than your lease states. Maintenance stinks. I still have issues that I have had since I moved in. In addition to all of this, it is a bad neighborhood. My vehicle was vandalized in broad daylight. Someone cut the exhaust system off of my vehicle. According to the police, this is a common issue in that area. I would not recommend that anyone move in to the Regency Club. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
