STAY AWAY!!!

My husband and I moved in last April and can't wait to leave!! We are counting down the days!!
It's over-priced and small
There's no storage and you can't leave ANYTHING outside or they will send you threatening letters.
The walls are PAPER THIN, I am thankful every day that we got an end unit, I can't imagine life with people on BOTH sides.
The appliances and such are extrememly out-dated, like 1970's outdated, yellow and old, as well as the cabinets, doors, etc.
The buiding is drafty, we have to keep our thermostat at 75 degrees just to be comfortable, and with BGE robbing us - this makes my skin crawl. $180.00 a month for BGE - just to give you an idea, and that's on the "Budget Plan"
The pool nice, but if you want to bring a friend, you have to pay for them every time.
The business center's equipment is never working.
You have to have Millennium Cable, no Comcast.
There alot of times when the gate is not closed over night, and in that neighborhood, that made me nervous. I believe there is section 8 housing near by and the streets do not look safe.
If you have any specific questions, please feel free to email me @ karina.s.guerrero@gmail.com. I will be happy to help and answer any questions that I can.
