Great Property and Nice Townhome, But Poor Customer Service of Property Manager

I moved into a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath in September of 2008. I was immediately sold on the property, and so far, maintenance has been responsive, the neighbors clean and responsible, and the grounds kept very well. One thing I have noticed is that the Property Manager is extremely condescending in her approach to new and prospective residents, as she rushed me through my lease signing and also rushes me through important questions over the phone. Much worse, it appears that she also does not take time to properly train her new staff on answering the questions of prospective and new tenants. With such a nice property, it would be ideal for The Donaldson Group to hire a more professional, customer-oriented Property Manager... This one clearly hates her job.

I moved here in March 2008. My only dealings with the Leasing Office have been with Loretta and I have no complaints! She's never been anything other than friendly and helpful. I love Regency Club...even with the walls so thin that my neighbor's alarm clock wakes me up most mornings! LOL
