We are considering renting here. We just got approved and I am wondering if this is somewhere we shouldn't even consider' We are a family of 6, so the space if great for us. The schools in the area are very good, and we are excited about this. Any further thoughts' All places are going to have some problems like thin walls, noisy neighbors, gates not working, etc... but is the living here that horrible''' My family is very excited, should we not move here' I don't want me and my children to be scared living here when my husband is away at his second job at night'
Is there a big bug problem there as well' And how about the maintenance when the snow is here' And what about the parking' Can you park in front of your house usually'
Thanks!
Thanks!!

Hello, I recently moved from here not long ago and the problem really wasn't the area at all it was the raise in the rent. But anyway, the area is fine, I have had NO problem with the area. There were no robberies etc. The ONLY problem was we could hear our neighbor below and next to us even when thier volume was moderate. As for the room, its not too bad. It is pretty good for an average size family. Try to check it out before leasing. We did have ONE mouse but he mostly stayed in the kitchen and hidden from us... I didn't mind too bad at times but he freaked my wife out LOL! The cable is a bit of a bust since they are a local network. The gates were pretty good as far as I remember. The kids and so called 'hoodlums' stayed away. I remember walking at like 0100 in the morning to the gym with NO ISSUES at all. I hope this helps. I now stay in columbia where things are pretty neutral. OH! As for the rental office I left as the new management came and that was in 07-08. They were.... "ok" that's all I can say about them.

its sad to say but considering your options in the area, regency club is one of the best around. i know there is alot of negative hype about this place, but itll be like that everywhere you go (when your this close to city limits and trying to stay in this price range). ive been living here for years and ive seen it slowly get worse and worse, were moving soon, and i cant wait. dont worry though, youll be safe in your home at night, just dont go out by yourself with out some mace, you never know.
the bug problem wasnt bad for us for the first few years, it was when new neighbors moved in is when we got the cockroaches, before that it was just your occasional spider or those silverfish looking things that have all those little legs (i dont know what theyre called). oh and there are some new beetle looking things that have popped up recently (and they fly), i have no idea what they are and ive seen them not only in my place, but in the office too in the gym.
also they do a good job with snow removal, maintenance here is usually on top of things, and they are good guys so thats one thing you dont have to worry about, just dont believe a word aubrey says, she is manipulative.
