Hello, My name is Aubrey Haskins and I am the Community Manager of Regency Club Apartments. I thank you for your compliments and for sharing your concerns. We do care about the comfort of our residents and we work hard to do everything possible to create a wonderful experience for you here at Regency Club.
Here at The Regency Club, we have continued to better the community in hopes that it will continue to meet/exceed the needs and expectations of our residents. Regency Club has embarked on several new projects this year to help better the community. A few of these new and existing initiatives are listed below:
We have added digital thermostats to all units and enrolled everyone in the BGE Peak Rewards program to help our residents save money on their electric bills.
Regency Club has started thinking green this year by adding 4 recycling stations for our residents to use 24 hours a day.
Regency Club also stands by the 24 hour maintenance guarantee. If our residents call in a work order, we assure that it will be completed within 24 hours or residents are quickly notified if the completion will take longer than 24 hours.
We also offer, fully lit paved pathways leading to the 24 hour fitness center as well as a new 24 hour video surveillance system in the fitness and business centers.
Regency Club also continues to celebrate our valued residents by throwing our Resident Appreciation Parties twice a year. Please join us for our Summer Pool Bash on June 13th!
Also be on the lookout for the new Smithy Square playground coming your way mid July.
