it is very loud because of all traffic if you live close to the street!! the have a pest problem. called several time to report a mouse problem the neverv did catch it all they did was keep patchin up the whole and it kept chewing its way back in!!! not worth all that money they are asking for!!!! i ran out of there first chance i got!!!!! the walls are so thin!!!! u can here your neighbors conversations
