Roaches, roaches and more roaches. Junkies in the parking lot trying to score and sell. 3 alarm arson fire in the other half of my building 2 weeks after I moved in. Nothing done by management to calm or reassure residents of their safety afterwards. Fights in the parking lot, stereo speakers pointed out the apt windows for all to hear, car stereos booming at 4am, unparented children tearing though halls and grounds spreading mayhem. Trash and litter, beer and liquor bottles in parking lot and common areas. Police were there on average about 2x a week. Never felt safe or secure at night. People loitering at all hours.

I am not a chronic complainer and have never sent a bad review of anything before, but feel the need to post my experiences living here.
Maybe it's improved.
