I loved living there because everyone knew everyone. We did have problems with noise and people acting dumb but you get used to it after a while. All of the major drug dealers moved so thats no longer bad. If you had a problem with noise all you had to do was tell whoever it was to stop and usaully they listened.Price did jump rather dramatically and hopefully that has changed. It took a whike to get maintence to come out and everything fell apart but once they came they did a good job of fixing the problem.
