I would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone.The office staff is RUDE insufficiant and they never return your calls. My lease is up in a couple months and iu just recived two letters on about if i wanted to renew and, one about they want 70 dollars b/c they dont have a key to my apartment let me start with the letter about the key.Well last week i called them and told them that my heater was making funny noises so i asked if someone could be sent over to check it out i got home the day after my second call about it and it was not making ne noises so i just figured they fixed it but then i get this letter that says they couldnt get in b/c they have no key for my apartment on there switch board i am thinking to my self that ummm this is not my fault your office staff should of made sure they had a copy before they gave me any keys and not only that a few months before they gave me the same letter but stating to me that they would only charge me 40 dollars ...so i think they are just trying to squeeze every penny out of me that they can ..i talked to a neighbour and they said the recived the same letter...next i am going to tell you about the letter they sent me about renewing my lease they want to increase my rent 35.00 and require me to have renters insurance before i renew SCREW THAT why sould i have to have insurance for the mistakes they made when building that ---- HOLE they just know that all these apartment are having apartment fires and they just want to cover there a$$es so we cant sue them for the neglegence!!! and they try to butter you up saying "if you renew you lease you can get one of the following free carpet cleaning,visa gift card,laundry tokens,swimming pool passes) Well first off they didnt replace my carpets from the last person that was in there so the need to replace them all together and who wants passes to there dirty a$$ pool, and there laundry room dosent even take tokens!!!!! if anyone has any info they would like to share about these horrible apartments e-mail me at suzieq_t@yahoo.com
