I HAVE LIVED IN SOUTHGATE FOR 3 YEARS AND THIS PLACE IS A DEATH TRAP...THERE HAS BEEN FIRE AFTER FIRE EVEN IN THE BUILDING I LIVED IN(TWICE ) TO ME U SHOULD NOT MOVE INTO SOUTHGATE RENT TO HIGH AND TO MANY FIRES......I HAVE HAD OUTLET ISSUES AND SO HAVE OTHER PEOPLE IN MY BUILDING SO IT'S ALL UP TO YOU BUT I WOULD NOT DO IT......
