I just moved in January of 2009 to Southgate and it the management is always trying to get us kicked out. We got a dog right after we moved in within 5 weeks. It took us 3 weeks just to find the right dog for THEM. We get the dog on a saturday that monday we get a letter saying that we need to clean up the dog poop or we are kicked out. I have evidence to prove he was stressed out and could not eat or poop and they still would not take the letter away. Also every time i walk out my dog I always pick up the poop right after him. When walking around be very careful for poop because other people dont get caught with their dog and they can get away with NOT picking up the poop. I guess because I am young with a dog I dont know how to pick up after my dog but it seems and looks like I am the ONLY one who does. So I went down to the manintence office again because the lady below me likes to bang her broom on her ceiling when me and my fiance are doing nothing; I asked if I something could be done about it. They told me that I need to write the complanit down on paper, Then the manager ran away. I asked the assistant manager for a piece of paper she told me NO they dont have paper. I cracked up laughing and walked out. The letter they asked you to fill in for what needs to be fixed in your apartment. I put four things on there; 1 is the sliding door on my patio is falling off the track, 2nd is there are tons of cracks all over the corners and the ceiling, 3rd was there is an outlet about to come out of the wall its so lose (lucky we dont have kids and we hide it for now) 4th within a week of moving in my food dispner broke in my sink. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
