Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
Well some places look a little outdated, some dont...I used to live there and It kinda sucked due to the fact that some things were old school, but then again I didnt have a huge bug problem and I didnt hear alot of noise.....i could walk outside and not get attacked or anything (suprisingly) but all in all, Southgate is a ok place....the maint. crew needs to step up a little bit though
