My wife and I came to stagecoach 2 years ago, young married couple not knowing any better... Gee what a wake up call. after few months, we started to notice people not picking up afer their animal/s, not to mention themselves. our trash is forever full and over flowing (illegal dumpimg doesn't help) and we all can guess what that brings, now the landscaping isn't the only issue. I have had call maintenance( which I have on speed dial) numrous times, which several issues have not been met as of yet ie. my screens are smaller than the windows so any bug that wants; gets in. my h/vac went up last summer and left water damage, all over my floor and my downstairs neighbors apt; which took three days of my calls, and few more day for the neighbors calling. If you happen to have the old circa 70's windows that lets whatever heat out durning the winter which my bill runs anywhere from $130 to 180 depending how cold it stays. parking is about the only thing i can't complain about except one wonders if they might get mugged from your car to the door since lighting is dull at best.... and god forbid saying something to managment if you could reach them. forget trying to contact the office after 4:00 during the week and the weekends they aren't even there and they have placed signs that state sat-sun 10 to 4pm.

You were here for two years? why did you renew your lease for another year if its so bad?

Management is so bad that they feel like they have to write a response to all the neg. feedback. Real mature of you guys. lol Sometimes people have to work in the area for millitary and don't have a choice or time to move around.
