We moved into Severn Square aprtments almost 1 year ago. It hasnt been one year and we were kicked out not because we didnt pay but because we left a bag of trash overnight on our balcony. My husband took it out a 6:30 in the morning before work. I mean it was only 17 degrees outside and snowing!!! what jerks!! The only thinkg good is the washers and dryers! Well nevermind My washere wouldnt drain and they did absolutely nothing about it. The dryer also burned everything...that was my fault supposidly!!! Jillian Dubiel is the biggest liar on the face of this earth and so is the other girl lauren! They make up rules when they want and pick and chose who to give violations to. She always was flirting with the staff and she was very irresponsible the apartment was fine...good showers and lots of hot water. Maitenance was disgusting speeding through the neighborhood and just snooping through everything. To tell you the truth I dont know one person who likes anyone on the staff...WOULD MOVE BACK IF JILL WAS GONE!!!!!!

Well deary - I am gone, took a job making about 8K more per year! And I have people like you to thank for it! Couldn't stand ya anymore :-) Thanks so much for the motivation, I believe I recall which bag of trash that was - sat for several weeks?? Yup thats you! O yeah, and now that I'm gone from what I hear, trash like you is having a field day ruining the property! |

Jillian Dubiel is a real piece of work. I know her and she is just trash herself. Cheated on her exhusband (he left her yet she kept her name) and never graduated high school.(can we say GED) Oh and Jill I make about 72,000 a year in medical and own my own house....I not trash but I know you are. How is that father who left you...:) he must have known a long time ago. She couldn't even get credit for her car and had to pay a relative to help her out. SAD!Yet she is so quit to judge. Also she is known by family and friends to be a little psyco. Your boyfriend probably wears wife beaters, Oh yeah he does. That's all you can get. That so sad....
