I live in the same complex, and i've only been here a yr.It is awful!!I cant wait til my lease is up.I have a ROACH PROBLEM and they keep saying that it will be taken care of,but the problem goes away for about 2 weeks then its back again. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. They actually asked ME to go get another set of keys made for them, and pay out of my own pocket. My fiance was asked to have a seat when discussing our bug problem and because he didnt want to,the manager asked him to leave her office. She basically treated him like a child, with no respect whatsoever, and he was extremely courteous. The overall cleanliness of each building is extremely poor.Although it is certain tenants who are making these messes,it is part of the maintenance job description to clean it.Yet there is always some kind of mess in the stairwells, sometimes for days on end.I will definetely be looking for a new place to live and I hope that anyone who reads this listens to my advice.

I have been in your apartment and the reason the roaches keep coming back is because your filthy. You had cat food under your refrigerator and sticky countertops. If I was a roach I would be dining at your place too.

I am apologizing for the previous statement as I was just annoyed and upset by the other comment.I am not a person who lives in filth. The maintenance crew and office personnel do try to help when needed and do their best to keep it a clean and safe area.

In response to no attitude: If you were in my apartment then you must be an employee of the complex, therefore you are sharing confidential information about a tenant.Secondly, even if there was cat food under the fridge,I'm sure that is not the problem. It could be that when I had the stove moved to clean behind it,since thats where the roaches were coming from,I saw about 2 years worth of filth and dust and grime behind it.It was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen and I scrubbed it clean to see if it helped. Interestingly enough, I have hardly seen a roach since, although that could also be because I have laid about 20 roach traps down since then.So dont call my home filthy,I'm working with what I was given, which wasnt alot.
