I have lived at stagecoach apts for over a year and frequently visit the people working in the office to say hi. they are very friendly and very helpful when I have a problem. As for the tenants I have never lived around such helpless human beings. I have heard people call the office because there bathroom has mildew on the walls and wants maintenance out to clean it for them. they also leave trash bags next to the dumpster because its full when theres an empty dumpster 25 yards away. LAZY!!! People complain about trash in their hallway in these reviews, how about being a good neighbor and pick it up, this is your home not the Hilton Beverly Hills. Do you call maintenance to wipe your ass.
