It's a crap shoot

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
Maintenance: Could be better. Most of my complaints (leaky ceiling, garbage disposal, pilot light out) were fixed quickly; others (leaky windows, no screens on windows) were never fixed.
Neighbors: You might get nice, very respectful ones; you might get loud, cussing, stomping-above-your-head ones. Plus, if the dumpster near their building is full, too many people will fill it to overflowing & let their trash fall out around it instead of walking to the next dumpster.
Parking: It stinks. No designated spaces, but they're so wide you could fit 3 cars in 2 spaces--& most of the time, people do.
Basically, these apartments aren't TOO bad if you're just starting out & can't really afford better. I can afford better now & I'm moving on. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
