This is my first apartment I moved here in January of 2008 and i cant wait till January comes so I can move out... they do accept section 8 here but still if u have section 8 u can take it and get a better place then this... The only reason why I'm not braking my lease is because I had 2 give $985.00 as my security deposit and if it wasnt that much then i would leave plus here in order 2 brake your lease they want you to be up to date with that month rent plus pay 2 additional months of rent just 2 get out of your lease and no security deposit back... Lots of roach problems here n when u call to have it taken care of they take forever coming out (if ever)... When the weather starting getting nice and I went to open my windows I noticed that there is no screen in my bedroom window and i called the customer service number back in march and they said that someone would be out shortly to put a screen in but yet here it is June almost July and I still dont have a screen in that window... there was 2 shootings back in May... The first 1 a delivery guy got robbed and shot, the 2nd shooting was over the bloods and the crypts... my neighbors are very nice and friendly... people has been stealing alot of gas out of peoples cars here... I had to go get a locking gas cap... plus people has been keying our cars... If u get home after 5 good luck with finding a parking space... There is no limit here on how many cars you can have... yet I only have just 1 car and I of my neighbor has 5 cars just 4 3 people... I smoke but I dont smoke inside because of my daughter... since I go outside to smoke back in February security rolled up on me and told me that I am not aloud to stand in one place when i smoke that I gotta walk back and forth or it is loitering... How the F**K is it loitering when I f**king live here and all I'm doing is just smoking a cigarette' also the walls are very thin u can hear your neighbors conversations even when they are not yelling... Have one throws loud noisy parties every week-end... people throws up everywhere plus leaves beer bottles all over the place... There is also a big white rat that lives in the dumsters... the washer in the laundrey room is always leaking the dryer never drys your close all the way... we gotta pay a water bill but yet we still gotta pay $3.50 just to wash and dry 1 load of clothes... Plus I have had other problems here also... well hope no one moves in here... Thanks for reading my complaints...
