Tall Pines

I rented from henderson and webb once and I have had some friends rent from them also. It was the most horrible place I have ever lived in I kick my self all the time for even looking that direction. One big problem I had was when maintanence came in to try to fix something they STOLE things from my apartment! I had a 5 gallon water jug half full of change and I marked it before I went to work and when I came back the marks were seperated and I could actually see the bottom of the jug they didnt just steal a couple of dollars for the ice cream man they stole close to $300! Then I requested them to only be in the apartment when I was home they said yes sir know problem. I took off of work early one day came home to find them in my house doing a "routine maintanence check on the apartment" Another thing they did was when I left there I left some wall paper border on the wall in my sons room not much at all and yes I should of taken it down I do admit that but I had to leave out of there so bad I didnt want to stay there any longer I skipped out on my lease of one month they actually charged me $550 for removal of the border strip!!! (keep in mind I did have my one month security deposit there that I told them to just keep it!) I disagreed to pay it and next thing I know I get a summons in the mail to appear in court they filed a lawsuit against me for $2110.04 for legal fees and court cost!! So from one person to another DO NOT RENT FROM HENDERSON AND WEBB they messed my life up and many of my friends.. Life is hard enough as it is dont make it any harder!!!
