I lived at Tall Pines for close to three years. Noise levels in these apartments are at times unbearable. When you try to contact Management they do not allow you to speak to anyone but a Customer Service rep who has NO authority to do anything. I have contacted police on more than one occassion and written the office about SIX times all over the same problem. Both my vehicles where also damaged yet Management does nothing. They allow Section 8 families to move in and place a family of six in a two bedroom apartment. Noise in my particular place goes well into the morning at times 2:30 to 3:00 AM. I CANNOT wait until my lease is up so I can finally move. Most neighbors here have been great with the exception of the lower class individuals they allow in here just to fill units.

You're an idiot. Bad neighbors are NOT the responsibilty of management. Imagine policing noisy neighbors!!! OMG! Noisy neighbors are everywhere...and management cannot do anything. It also takes 60 days to legally evict someone for disturbenes (60 days is the MINIMUM) So I'm sure thats noth thier priority. Also ...you car was damaged? Who cares? Mine was damaged about a year ago in a Safeway parking lot while grocery shopping. I didn't go after the shopping center (I legally cant) Managemnt cannot do anything about that b/c they are not in the position to "enforce the law" Only police can do that. So...grow some balls and call the police. Oh by the way...I DO NOT WORK HERE. I used to live here and moved becuase I went into the military. Oh and "section eight" is about 96% disabled people,or the elderly ...yeah..I'd REALLY be afraid of them

Hey, you must be section eight yourself. ANd NO they arent mostly disabled or elderly. They are comprised of LOWER income people. I don't care about your car damaged in a grocery store parking lot. This was about the community. Another this, you are wrong about the police also. They were notified NUMEROUS times. Before you respond to something understand the FACTS, and what happened to you doesn't neccessarily apply to everyone else.

Disapointed101 is correct. This place has really gone down hill. People yelling outside late at night, shootings in other buldings, domestic violence, roaches, and the list goes on. Save your hard earned money and move into a nicer community.

I agree whole heartedly with anonymous )2) and disapointed. The area here has gone downhill. ALmost like living in the heart of Baltimore City. Anyone that lives in that are DEFINATELY knows what I mean. Cars being vandalized on Apartment grounds are not the same as being bumped into on some Supermarket lot. The first response to disapointed's comments was a jerk. Hidden Woods, Tall Pines, and Mountain Ridge is to some extent like living in the projects. My lease is up in four months and Like the person said, I am off to something better as well. Support here at this community is poor. Grounds are kept clean and that is the ONLY positive thing there is. Like the person said, save your hard earned money and go to a nicer community.

I will be "filling a unit" soon... personally am not Section 8 but of a lower class than most. I believe if you were upper class yourself, you wouldn't have moved to this particular community...and stayed for 3 years. Thanks
