My husband and I moved here last August we had problems from the beginning. First we were suppose to get a "rehab" home. I called every week until a few days before our move in date which was on a Friday although we were going to move in on the Saturday.

So Friday I come to sign the lease and get my keys and move in some suit cases and boxes well guess what my keys were not at the office want to know why' Because Mike the head maintenece guy and his crew were still in the house fixing it up!!!

What if I had the moving van there ready to move in''' So everything in the house was suppose to be "new" and granted the kitchen looked great everything was new but when you make your way upstairs it's a whole nother story. The upstairs has a funny old stuff mildew smell to it.

The toilet was not new and leaked all night we had to call several times and finally the head office (we take no mess and if it isn't done right in a timely manner we call the head office) so we ended up getting a new toilet.

Since then the water pressure in the shower is CrAzY!!! it's like trying to take a bird bath we called and someone came out and said they replaced a part it worked for about a month and now it's back to a sprinkle (if you want to take a hot shower)I called this morning to report it and when I got home the same problem so I sent a service request e-mail. I will be calling tomorrow to follow up.

Oh! I almost forgt our hot water went out a few months after moving in and they had to replace the entire heat pump/hot water heater.

That Friday that I was suppose to move in Mike the head of maitenence told me that the A/C unit needed to be replace (but it wasn't done until I called the head office) I had to request screens for the window and sliding door.


The staff sucks!!! We are in the process of trying to buy a home so when our lease was up we signed for a month to month and the rent is $100 more!!

The residents here in my court are GHETTO!!! I mean this one guy plays his music soooooo loud on the weekends, the kids here are ghetto little hethans, I once had to yell out of the window at one of them b/c they were sitting on my car.

The parents allow the kids to ride their bikes and play in the parking lot where people drive like they are on a race track.

They put signs up everywhere talking about $1 million renovation.. I see where they redid the parking lots which look nice but that's all I've seen and painted these old ragged tired fences.

Oh! how could I forget the landscape in front of the rental office is beautiful but go through the neighborhoods and it's a different story.
