Also, got to love hearing the fat neighbors get it on at night. Disgusting. It's ghetto, everything breaks and it takes forever to get stuff fixed. The entire time we lived there sewage flowed into the backyard. We finally called the health dept and broke the lease. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
