Fixer Upper

I was unfortunately drawn in by the cosmetic exterior which looked fairly decent. Upon obtaining our actual unit however, we found a laundry list of items that were broken. Some of the items were fixed, but some still remain in unsatisfactory condition. I will be on a fast track outta here!!!
