First off when we first moved in, we noticed that the dishwasher didn't work. The washer was about 30 years old and on its last limb.
The toilet did nothing but constantly run. We notified maintanance of the problems and about two days later they just showed up without calling, nearly walking in on me in the shower. He not only smelled like sewage and cigarettes but he had no idea what he was doing. He did replace the washer but seemed incapable of doing anything about the toilet. Soon we noticed the ceiling above the kitchen sink was caving in. That turned out to be a leak in the bathtub. Four months later it's still leaking and we now have a huge gash in our ceiling. Two days ago we just noticed another leak into our living room. Not sure where it is coming from as of yet. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemys.
