They are the worst penny pinchers I've ever rented from

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
When something is extremely old and broke they would rather wait a month for parts then replace it. water leaks throughout house, then just keep patching the drywall, instead of fixing the leak. I've had to put in 34 maintenance trouble calls in the last year.
