I lived in 6466 Cedar Furnace Circle and have had almost nothing but problems with this company. It took an act of the Health
Inspector to get them to come out and fix our ceiling and floors because we were falling through. They have not yet come out to address the other problems noted in her repair list. Our 2nd bedroom window leaks and has ruined a loveseat. Was told it is going to be fixed but that was 4 months ago. We were told that we need to give 60 days notice that our lease is expiring (Nov 14) but did not get the renewal/termination notice until 23 October. We then informed them that we were not renewing and they are going to take us to court because we are not going to give them 60 days notice. We have a rule written in the lease about children not to be playing in the common areas
and it is not enforced. If you live in an end-unit, you will have people walking through past you windows and little children playing and screaming in front of your house. To top it all off my car was stolen from in front of my unit in July. When I asked to have more patrols come through I was told it is not in their budget to do so. Tenant safety must not be a priority either. But they do have a neighborhood watch meeting every month or so so they can tell the bad guys what they are doing to curb crime in the area. (It is called OPSEC people. Don't advertise what you are doing to curb crime so they can work around it.)
