Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have lived here for 2 yrs and have posted a few times. I would say overall it's not bad we are in a renovated townhome the only problem we are having now is the floors upstairs it's wood underneath and sounds horrible, so we plan to call in for that should be interesting to hear the repsonse.
Berkshires Reality is no longer the management company it is now owned by Home
Properties. So lets see how things will improve. I agree with the person who posted that the rent increase is ridiculous!!! It is $50.00 for a year renewal and $100 for month to month!!!
