We have been living here for the past 4 years and it has not been to bad. In fact, since being taken over by Home Properties, there have been signs of improvement. I recently had a plumbing problem which was fixed the same day I reported it. I also had a broken window that was repaired as promised. I only wished there was more parking spaces. Also, I would like to see a rent freeze for those who have been living here for a while. Office staff has been great!

i strongly agree with your thoughts on a rent freeze. the apartment im living in now im paying more than what the empty apartment next to me is going up to. imagine that and has upgrades
