I moved in in 2004 berkshire owned the property at the time even thou my cabinets were old they replaced them for me in a month they even started a neighborhood watch and had police patrol the area because of break ins and a few robberies in the neighborhood it felt save after the police started to patrol the gangs stopped hanging out at the playground they even tore down the old playground and put in a nice new one than the mangement company changed in 2006 and it was all down hill from there the police stopped patroling so the gangs were back teenagers smoking weed at the park dog ---- every were at the park and glass the trash was everywhere no one cleaned it up they fixed the townhomes in the front with new windows and fences and siding they forgot about all of us in the back they said they it wouldnt be back there for 3 years what is that and than that stupid ----- at the office named chris never came to the phone when you asked to speak to her and when you went in the office she always had an attitude and sugar coated everything and said it would be fixed and never was and than I was paying 1295 a month for a end unit when it was berkshire they were gonna jack it up to 1495 with nothing new in my townhome when it was time to renew my lease if you go and look at home properties web site all the rent for there properties is way to high I also had my son's bike stolen when the new mangement took over I didnt feel safe anymore so we left this year and im so glad I did oh ya and beware of BED BUGS we had them when we first moved in and the ants are also really bad they just crawl all over the kitchen in the summer and the pest man only spays outside for the ants which makes no sense.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
