I just moved in recently and other than the management BS-ing you and giving you the run around, everything is pretty nice. They renovated our town home with new kitchen stuff, bathroom and new carpeting. Although there were a few minor problems, everything looked good when we moved in. The neighborhood is a little shady but no worse than where I came from and other than that I've had no major problems. Just wish the backyard was a little bigger for my dog. I've heard there were alot of problems with the former ownership, but overall they have been sufficient and tolerable. Being able to pay rent online is definitely a plus also.
