I wrote a review last year after living in our townhouse for about a month, and we didn't have any major problems, but this was short lived. Everything everyone on this site says about the management is true. The Property Manager is an idiot and can never give you a straight answer and every time you call or go into the office, the newest person has no idea who you are or what your case is. We never had a problem with rent because we paid it online, but getting our security and pet deposits back have been a pain in the rear end. Even though the front office did the inspection, they can't tell us when we will get our deposit back or how much of it will be returned. Their excuse is "It was sent to HQ" when in all actuality they probably have no idea. We never had a problem with the maintenance people, they usually were there within a few hours. We got the updates we were promised before moving in, but our electric bills were ridiculous from the enormous draft coming from the front door and the crappy AC that couldn't circulate correctly no matter low the thermostat was at. We also had bugs coming from everywhere, whether they were ants, potato bugs, spiders or crickets. The bathroom also had a shoddy caulk job and within a month of living there it turned black.

Most of the people that live in the development are trashy, loud, and obnoxious which I'm assuming is a product of how cheap the rent is compared to the rest of the sane world OUTSIDE of Glen Dirty. Never in my life will I return to this development or this city and I suggest that everyone looking into the Coves do the same...
